08Fair questions
The things you should ask.
01Is this the same template for every business?
No. Every website we design is made from scratch for your business: page structure, copy, colors, images, services, and calls to action. Nothing you see on the page comes off a shelf.
02Why is there no setup fee?
Because this is an ongoing managed service, not a one-and-done agency project. The six-month initial term lets us do the upfront work without handing you a large invoice before we start.
03Can I cancel?
Yes. There is a six-month initial term. After that, the service continues month-to-month. If you cancel, we send you a ZIP file containing your website files. Host them yourself, give them to another provider, or do whatever you like with them. Your domain, business content, photos, reviews, leads, and business accounts remain yours.
04Can I request changes after launch?
Yes. Routine text, image, review, project, offer, and service updates are part of the service. Larger additions or custom features are priced separately, and we agree on that before the work begins.
05Is this a good fit for my business?
If you run an established local service business, have real work and reviews to show, and want the website handled for you: yes. If you need an online store, a custom web application, or someone to run your ads, we are not your people, and we will say so.
06What if I already own a domain?
Good. Keep owning it. We connect it to the new website and handle the technical setup without taking ownership away from you.
07Do you guarantee leads or Google rankings?
No—and you should be wary of anyone who does. We build a fast, credible website, make it easy for customers to contact you, and put the basic search foundations in place. Rankings and lead volume depend on your market, reputation, competition, and marketing.
08What do you need from me?
The truth about the business: services, service area, contact details, photos, reviews, and anything useful from the current website. If the material is messy, that is fine. Organizing it is part of our job.
